These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the streamerlive.net website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy.

1. Overview of Services

The Site and Service, including all features, user interfaces, and associated content and software (the "streamerlive service"), are provided under these Terms and any referenced documents (collectively, the "Agreement").

By using the Service you agree to the Agreement, which is a binding contract between you and the Company that owns and operates streamerlive.net. If you don’t agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. User Agreement

No contract is formed and you have no rights to the Service until the Company agrees to provide it. We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting or notice. Continued use after posting means you accept the changes; otherwise, stop using the Service. We may refuse any application to use the Service for any reason.

3. Licensing and Content Usage

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, limited license to access and view Content on a streaming-only basis for personal, non-commercial purposes. We may change how the Service operates at any time.

The Content

You may only access and view Content personally and for non-commercial purposes. You may not remove or circumvent copyright, DRM, or geo-filtering. You are prohibited from:

  1. Copying, downloading, reproducing, archiving, distributing, uploading, publishing, modifying, broadcasting, performing, displaying, selling, transmitting, or retransmitting the Content unless expressly permitted.
  2. Embedding via frames or in-line links or integrating into apps unless expressly permitted.
  3. Creating or advertising an index of a significant portion of the Content unless authorized.
  4. Building a business using the Content.

These restrictions cover text, graphics, layouts, interfaces, logos, photos, audio/video, and stills. Derivative works (e.g., montages, mash-ups, themes, merchandise) are prohibited unless expressly permitted.

Availability

Content availability may change by time and country. Display quality varies by device, location, bandwidth, and connection speed. No guarantees are made regarding viewing quality.

Geographic limitation

You may stream Content only in locations where we offer the Service and hold licenses. We use technologies to verify geographic location.

4. Customer Support

Devices must meet minimum Site requirements (e.g., internet connection and a modern web browser). Support Services are provided during regular business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and may include email via support@streamerlive.net. Additional equipment or third-party services may be required and are your responsibility.

5. Pricing and Payments

Premium accounts use a subscription model. Within legal limits we’re not responsible for issues caused by your chosen payment method. Contact us at support@streamerlive.net if a payment fails due to our fault. By accepting these Terms you confirm payments originate from legitimate sources.

Internet access charges

You are responsible for any internet access costs.

Billing policy

  • €0.00 access for 7 days; then converts to a recurring monthly membership at 39.99 €/GBP until canceled.

Refund policy

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of subscribing (Consumer Contracts Regulations).
  • We may decline refunds for used/consumed services, non-compliance with terms, suspected fraud/misuse, or late requests.
  • Approved refunds may take up to 20 working days to appear on your credit card statement.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly at 39.99 €/GBP using your provided credit card.

6. Termination and Cancellation

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Cancel during the trial to avoid charges; cancel after billing starts and access continues until the end of the paid period. Contact support@streamerlive.net or call +357-23010146.

Membership policy

  • 1.1 Subscription terms: Monthly fee of 39.99 €/GBP. Auto-renews using your card unless canceled.
  • 1.2 Free trial: 7-day free trial; cancel before it ends to avoid charges.
  • 1.3 Membership cancellation: Cancel via support email/phone or from our support center on the website.
  • 1.4 Billing and renewal: Monthly auto-charge; failed payment may suspend access.
  • 1.5 Account management: Manage your subscription via your account; support available by email.
  • 1.6 Rights and responsibilities: Keep billing info accurate and comply with these Terms.

Cancellation policy

  • 2.1 Subscription cancellation: Auto-renews monthly at 39.99 €/GBP; cancel anytime via support or the website.
  • 2.2 Free trial cancellation: Cancel within 7 days to avoid being charged; otherwise renews at the standard rate.
  • 2.3 Refund eligibility: Request within 7 days of being charged; refunds issued only to the original purchaser’s card.
  • 2.4 Refund process: Contact support; if approved, allow up to 20 working days for the refund to appear.
  • 2.5 Right to refuse refunds: Used/consumed services, non-compliance, suspected fraud/misuse, or late requests may be declined.

Service termination

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Service or Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice and without liability, including for lack of use, non-payment, multiple free accounts, maintenance, or policy violations. If you are a Paid User and have not violated the Agreement, material negative changes occur at the end of your current term or we may refund a prorated amount. Continued use after a material change waives refund claims.

Other remedies

We may suspend access, block your IP, or use other technical/legal means in response to breaches.

Effect of termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and you may lose access to your account and content. We may retain residual copies. Obligations that by their nature survive termination will continue.

7. User Obligations

Use the Service for lawful, non-commercial purposes and comply with Content and embedding restrictions. You agree not to:

  • Violate others’ rights (patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, publicity).
  • Bypass content protection or access controls; use unauthorized indexing/framing/linking.
  • Access via automated means (robots, spiders, offline readers) except limited public search indexing.
  • Introduce malware or harmful code.
  • Damage, impair, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, servers, networks, or accounts.
  • Remove/modify/obscure advertising.
  • Advertise or promote unapproved services.
  • Collect personal data contrary to the Privacy Policy.
  • Encourage unlawful conduct or violate these Terms or posted policies.
  • Interfere with others’ use of the Service.

Accordingly, you undertake to watch Content only for personal, private use; not to copy, distribute, or transmit Content; and not to circumvent security, encryption, or rights management technology.

8. Service Suspension or Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue some or all Services (including Content and supported devices) for any or all users at any time without notice. We’re not liable for such changes. Credits or extensions may be offered at our discretion, but not if suspension/termination is due to your breach.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content is owned by us, our affiliates, or third-party licensors and may only be used as permitted under these Terms. Certain licensors may enforce these Terms directly against you.

10. Trademarks

streamerlive.net, its logo, and related product/service marks are our trademarks. Other marks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing grants you rights to use or modify such materials.

11. Force Majeure Events

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., attacks, strikes, natural disasters, war, governmental actions, major telecom failures). We’re excused for the duration and recovery period of such events.

12. Warranty Disclaimers

Your use is at your sole risk. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, workmanship, title, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service meets your requirements or is uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or virus-free. Material obtained is at your discretion and risk.

13. Applicable Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, excluding conflict of law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The exclusive venue for permitted litigation or arbitration is under Cyprus law; the parties submit to the courts of Cyprus.

14. Intellectual Property Policy

We respect IP rights and may disable or terminate accounts that infringe. We may update this policy at any time.

If you believe your work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, notify our Copyright Agent with:

  1. Signature of the person authorized to act for the IP owner
  2. Description of the infringed work
  3. Description and location of the infringing material
  4. Contact details (address, phone, email)
  5. Good-faith statement of unauthorized use
  6. Statement under penalty of perjury of accuracy and authority

We may remove or disable access to content upon receiving a compliant notice and will notify the posting user when feasible.

15. Content Removal Policy

Content removal requests may be submitted by owners of intellectual property displayed on the website via email, phone, in writing, or verbally. The requester should:

  1. Identify their role and relationship to the data
  2. Specify the exact data to remove
  3. Provide proof of ownership
  4. Confirm contractual rights regarding the data

If the request comes from the data owner and the data is clearly identified, we’ll remove it promptly while we investigate; removal may be temporary until ownership is verified.

If the requester isn’t the owner, we’ll clarify the reason (e.g., sensitive personal info or inaccuracies). We’ll notify the requester of decisions and keep records confidential for internal use.

Once confirmed, we’ll remove content as quickly as possible, coordinating with the requester and data owner as needed. We aim to complete removal within two working days of the decision when feasible and will provide updates if delays occur.

We may modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
